Where to find the confirmation code
You would have received your email confirmation from Junglewalla (Widget) when you made a booking
From your email confirmation, you will find the confirmation code of the ticket
Use the confirmation code to retrieve your booking and reschedule the ticket
Please reschedule each ticket by keying each confirmation code that you received. (e.g. If you bought 4 tickets, you will need to reschedule 4 tickets individually) Ensure that the new time slot that you selected has available capacity for the number of tickets that you are rescheduling.
A new confirmation email of your rescheduling will not be sent. You may use the current tickets that you were issued for redemption.
